Return Policy

Rockin' Ricks has a 15-day return policy, which means you will need to request a refund within 15 days after receiving your pet product(s). We want to make your return as smooth as possible so please be sure be sure you read our full refund policy before requesting your return. If you still have questions please submit them using the Contact Us tab on the Home Page.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same good condition that you received it and in its original packaging. If your product was purchased in person or via POS (Point of Sale), you will need to provide a receipt for proof of purchase.

To start a return, use the Contact Us feature on the Home Page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food or treats) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Important Note: We cannot accept/process returns on sale items or items purchased with a gift card.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (processing time can take up to 10 business days), we will let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your card (usually 5-7 business days).
